Update for German translation

Now there are two translation files:
- One for the latest trunk (still some work to do but already includes some important fixes)
- One for the latest 0.91 branch (this one is complete, therefore no fuzzy/untranslated strings)

German interface translation as of 2015-04-21.
 - includes translations for lates trunk and 0.91 branch
 - binary format translation files included (to update existing builds/installations)

"de.po" – based on inkscape.pot from trunk r13984 (7329 translated messages, 233 fuzzy translations, 78 untranslated messages.)
"de_0.91" – based on inkscape.pot from 0.91 branch r13745 ( 7404 translated messages.)

Translation updated in the trunk, rev. 14092 and 0.91.x branch rev. 13768.

Sorry, wrong bug number in comment #9. It was supposed to be bug #1459637.

@jazzynico: Would you actually prefer bazaar patches or is the current archive format more convenient?

Translation updated in the 0.91.x branch (rev. 13841) and the trunk (rev. 14406).
The current archive is perfect (sometimes diffs on PO files can be bigger than the original file).
