awn does not appear after logout

Bug Description

My Comp: Ubuntu 7.04 + beryl (feisty-repo) + avant w.n 0.1.2-bzr78-1.

If i logout then login again avant can not appear, only gray background and
text. But if I restart X by pressing Ctrl-Alt-BackSpace then login again,
avant works fine (same as first boot).

if i run from terminal heres the output:

Hmm, what happens if you restart Awn?

Also, when you log back in, what happens to other apps that require composited environments? Can you try running cairo-clock, and then logging out and logging back in.

Also, what window manager are you using?

i'm using emerald

but if i shutdown beryl and start it again, awn appears....!.

On my system i start beryl, cairo-clock, and awn using this shell script:

emerald --replace&
beryl&
sleep 4
cairo-clock&
sleep 2
avant-window-navigator&

and add it to gnome-session. All three apps works smooth if only first login, but after logout awn can not show up correctly.... :(

Hmm, this is a very annoying problem that seems to crop up now-and-then. I can't really think of a reason why Awn would be have like this, my only concern is tht Awn isn't handling exiting properly.

I've targeted 0.2.6 for this bug as there's going to be some clean up of the code that deals with exiting, and also the code that deals with X.
