Bug Description
Thinkpad X220 in a docking station.
Wired ethernet connection on docking station enabled and connected & working.
Wifi adapter in laptop is enabled and connected to same network.
In 14.10 I could have both enabled, and plug/unplug laptop to docking station and everything "Just Works"
Since 15.04 I can't have both network devices enabled because the network is unusable until I disable one of the devices.
Steps to reproduce:-
Connect laptop to wired and wifi
Reboot.
Login to desktop
Start pinging a remote host, e.g. 8.8.8.8.
Observe long (30s) drop-outs, then around 7-10 seconds of functional internet connection, then 30 seconds off again.

Note: no response between lines 2 and 3, 10 and 11, 18 and 19, 26 and 27 etc. Just before line 43 I disconnected from the wifi using the network manager applet -> Disconnect menu item.
The system functions perfectly normally once wifi is disconnected.
Similarly I can disable wired connection and the system works fine.
