Bug Description

The most recent CI run (2482) of run-unit-tests-vivid-amd64 for juju 1.23 has 1 failed test. See http://data.vapour.ws/juju-ci/products/version-2482/run-unit-tests-vivid-amd64/build-295/consoleText.

Ian, does the patch need to be applied to master as well? I don't think so, but wanted to be sure. :)
