Snap does not work with ctrl click and bezier tool

Bug Description
To reproduce:
-Enable all snap tools.
-Add a horizontal guide.
-Select the Bezier tool.
-Move the cursor over the guide and wait for it to snap.
-Quickly move it offset a bit and press CTRL-Lclick.
-Notice the node is not placed on at the snap location.

If the offset is larger than the snap distance, then this is expected behavior. By default, the snap distance is set to 20 pixels for guides (see the document properties, snapping tab). Is your quick move leading to a displacement of more than 20 pixels?
