Bug Description
When running vivid booted with systemd kernel, shutdown consistently takes around 90 seconds. With the normal kernel it is about 15 seconds.
In the log, shutdown started (from the cog) at 13:50:20, Mar 6th. The purple Ubuntu screen with dots appears after a few seconds and then sits there. It actually powered off at 13:51:55.
