Bug Description

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/157851/ was merged but resulted in invalid partitioning:
[root@fuel ~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/os-root 9.7G 1.1G 8.2G 12% /
tmpfs 64G 0 64G 0% /dev/shm
/dev/sda3 194M 28M 156M 16% /boot
/dev/mapper/os-var 7.8G 3.3G 4.2G 45% /var
/dev/mapper/os-varlog 5.0G 140M 4.6G 3% /var/log

The patch should be reverted.

    Revert "Separate /var/log from /var"

    This reverts commit e4cc81614615396c673272b5055d4dda0c5dff0a.

    The partitioning scheme created in the affected commit
    resulted in partitions that were simply too small to be
    used.
