Bug Description
Cass and I both feel this is a standard expected feature in code editors these days. Sublime and Atom both have this. Adding it by default only adds one icon to a very spartan toolbar and makes this feature way more discoverable.

What's the difference between "Open file" and the "folder manager". At a first look they do the same thing.
