Bug Description
cloud instances on public clouds often have SSD backed block devices as well as block devices backed by magnetic disk or even remote disk. bcache allows user to utilize a fast disk to make a large slow disk seem magically faster.
An additional reason to want this is for maas, which uses images derived from the cloud image.
In order to be able to perform bcache setup in curtin, we need to include bcache into the initramfs for maas images.
This will allow the hwe-X kernels to be used effectively.
