Bug Description
Prior to .91, text preview area in text options panel was clipping the preview text when it's too big to fit.
Since .91, the preview is always showing the actual size of characters.
If the panel is docked aside, I can still reach to the Apply/Close buttons because there's a scrollbar (sometimes it's a rather long scroll, and typefaces/styles lists srink to just a few lines in this case).
The floating panel will neither scroll nor let me resize it to make the Apply/Close buttons show up in the viewport.
I'm sure the preview area must not push the containing panel beyond the viewport.
May seem a rare case but I'm using Inkscape to design 6x3 meter street ads, and font sizes of 2000 or 3000 points are quite common while the UI problem starts at about 300 points.
Additionally, the preview area now replaces too big text with dots which makes its ability to show the font's actual size nonsence.
I think the right behavoir would be to show the preview at actual size as long as it fits the height of the preview area, then scale the preview to not exceed the height. The preview area must be limited to approx. 1/2 of the current size of the text options panel.
