Bug Description
See this job: [0] (this also occurred on builds 20, 27, and 30)
Deployment succeeds but when attempting to launch an instance from a snapshot an error occurs on one of the compute nodes [1] taking it offline which causes OSTF to fail.
As far as I can tell this has never happened on the analogous CentOS job.
