Bug Description

Function existing_dhcp_networks in neutron dhcp agent has 2 arguments:
https://github.com/openstack/neutron/blob/master/neutron/agent/linux/dhcp.py#l143

while in networking-midonet there are 3:
https://github.com/stackforge/networking-midonet/blob/master/midonet/neutron/agent/midonet_driver.py#l28

This was actually already fixed in the old repo:

https://github.com/midonet/python-neutron-plugin-midonet/commit/e730376086c2717c75a8c1d31e3d29dfbbc2edfb

but has not been merged in the new repo. Will submit a patch.
