Bug Description

HP Gen9 Servers running iLO 4 2.00 or later feature a new management interface called the “HP RESTful API for iLO” which allows the users to communicate to iLO using REST API

Currently, IloDrivers uses only RIBCL-XML Scripting language to communicate to iLO. As proliantutils has been enhanced to communicate using RestFul API for Gen9 servers, IloDriver should support both.

    Update Ilo drivers to use REST API interface to iLO

    Currently, Ilo Drivers use only RIBCL to communicate with
    iLO. As proliantutils module has been enhanced to support
    communication over REST API for Gen9 Servers, the fix is
    to support the use of newer version of proliantutils.
