Bug Description
This bug is new in Inkscape since Version 0.91; Windows 7 64 bit using the native 64bit build of Inkscape-.
- open a svg with Inkscape
- move Inkscape's main window to the center of the screen and change its size so that it consumes the full height of the screen (but not the full width)
- now use the menu File -> Document properties
result: Inkscape's main window is resized so that it sticks at the upper left corner of the screen and does no longer cover the full height
This resizing happens whenever a dialog pops up and is very annoying.
