Bug Description

Please let me using decimal mark from my locale, e.g. in German "0,2" should be treated as "0.2"

It's not only Germany. It's more like 70% of the world.
This bug is annoying I don't think this shold be postponed. I reinstalled gnome-calculator.

Currently nobody seems to bother with reviewing mergers for this project (or at least not reviewing ALL active mergers) and therefore the code base is currently a little bit clustered. To assure code (and mine own) sanity, I'm waiting for these to get merged. Sorry for postponing bug fixes based on that Ivan.

Italian locale here, and the bug is not fixed in my system.
