Main window size changes when opening any options[win8.1]

Bug Description

In windows 8.1, when inkscape windows is snapped to edge and I use any options(gradient options, export options, document options), no matter if I use keyboard shortcut or do it from within menus window unsnaps and apper in last remembered non-snapped size.
Nothing like this happens on ubuntu, and if window is fullscreen it doesn't occur either.

Okay, it's the same thing, but this one didn't occur in "Do any of the following bugs describe the bug you're trying to report? ". Can be closed/attached there.
