Bug Description

When trying to use the "Log In" button on a touch mobile device the "Log In" button leads to "http://developer.ubuntu.com/en/#" this link goes nowhere.

To reproduce:
 - On an android device go to "http://developer.ubuntu.com"
- Use the navigation menu consisting of three lines(hamburgur) in the top right corner
- Tap on "Log In"

What happens:
- http://developer.ubuntu.com/en/# is loaded, no dropdown is accessable for "My Apps" like on the desktop, and no way of using "Request Desktop site" because it is the same.

What is expected:
Load "https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/openid/login/?next=/dev/click-apps/" or enable some way of getting to "myapps" section

I believe I have a fix, as currently "Login" does nothing, and neither does clicking on your name if you are logged-in - so making the primary navigation direct to myapps will fix the smaller size navigation that only has primary links, and still make sense on the larger version where clicking you login or you name will take you to your myapps account: https://code.launchpad.net/~mateo-salta/developer-ubuntu-com/fix-myapps-phone/+merge/291448
