Add "panning" support to the mobile browser

Bug Description

"Panning" is a nice feature to have in the mobile browser. It allow the user to scroll the webpage by simply drag his finger on the touch screen up/down/left/right.

is there a way this can be tested/developed in a gutsy/image-creator development environment - aka Xephyr + matchbox.

Using the Xephyr + matchbox enviornment, you should be able to test this. It just mouse events. Ideally you want to test this with a real MID like the Samsung Q1.

Sorry, what kind of mouse gesture/button combinations do i need to perform to trigger this "panning" effect? Can you a brief instruction to this bug?
