Bug Description
The "Ubuntu Developer Portal" title that appears on all pages needs to be marked for translation.
In order to have a shorter name when pages are shared in the social media, and to be consistent with the rest of the site, I'd recommend to change it to "Ubuntu developer" (no capital D).
