Bug Description

The values used to compute the state-server-member-status (HasVote/WantsVote) are currently only reported for machines in the FullStatus call result. It would be useful to have them included in machine changes reported by AllWatchers, so that a change in their value triggers a delta.

Sorry Dean. We don't ever commit to fix medium bugs. The core team has more than 6 months of high bugs. So when the team said there were too many bugs targeted to the milestone, we removed the bugs would never be worked on because there are higher bugs. If you want this fixed, it has to be high, which means it the team will put it too a milestone.

I will make this bug high and put it to a milestone.

Thanks Curtis. It indeed is not mission critical - it would just be great
to have. We're fine waiting on it, I just wanted to see it happen.

Sorry, my comment wasn't entirely accurate. Now that we're starting to
enable HA across the board, there's no reliable way for us to track when
the state servers have finished being setup without this. The workaround is
polling which is lot of work. It would be much better just have to the
status included. So, thanks for marking this high. :)
