Bug Description

As the summary states, the File Manager plugin is buggy when it is pointed to a directory that does not exist anymore. Basic way of reproducing that:

1.) Create folder (for example ~/hello, may need a file in it, for example test.vala)
2.) Open Scratch, navigate File Manager to ~/hello (and use it as top folder)
3.) Delete ~/hello
4.) Restart Scratch - You will see an empty panel
5.) Try to switch to superior folder (button left bottom)
6.) See Scratch crash

To fix that, you have to reset the dconf-setting @ org.pantheon.scratch.plugins.file-manager. Maybe Scratch should check on startup whether the directory exist and reset the setting.
