VPN notification icons are confusing and ugly

Bug Description

VPN notification icons are really ugly and don't exactly convey what's happening. See attached screenshot.

Also, they could be more informative - indicating success or failure in the icon itself would be nice. Unfortunately I don't know what the icon names are.

This is actually a different icon than the one shown in bug #1380827

I've committed an icon for "system-lock-screen", which is imo a dumb icon for this function. But I have no control over which icon network manager uses. You'll have to file a bug upstream.

Unfortunately the code in network-manager-applet-0.9.8.8/src/applet.c requests "gnome-lockscreen", so I'll file a bug upstream. Thanks!
