Bug Description

Copying an internal request:

XtraBackup doesn't know how to backup TokuDB tables. If the user tries to backup a server that has TokuDB tables, we need to ensure that they get told that those tables are NOT being backed up.

The fix will now be implemented only for 2.4, since it supports of PS 5.7, which has TokuDB plugin.
