horizon admin hypervisor instances count is wrong

Bug Description

Fuel 5.1.1 nightly 28/10/2014
Ubuntu 3 controllers HA + GRE

Horizon Admin hypervisor instances count is wrong.
It shows 6 instances for node-6 which is correct and
5 instances for node-7 which is wrong.

using the command line tools:

I see some delay before stats are updated in Horizon if you terminate some instance, but a few seconds after it will be updated, just refresh the page.

only after rebooting the controller nodes i got the correct numbers on the dashboard ;-)

We failed to reproduce this on recent 5.1.1 builds. We'll give it another try with the build mentioned in the description.

Is it still actual or was fixed after compute node reboot ?

The bug is hanging in incomplete state for more than a month, hence moving it to invalid state
