Bug Description

In system settings titles and normal text use exactly the same style. For example in the attached screenshot there is no difference between the title "Sécurité" and the text just below "Verrouiller le téléphone". Furthermore when the user taps on a title it behaves like it is clickable and generates confusion.

Titles and text must use different styles and titles must be static i.e nothing happens when user taps on it.
