Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the camera application
2. Press the Video button to switch to video mode
3. Place two fingers on the screen and move them apart to attempt to zoom
Expected result:
The picture zooms in and a slider appears indicating the zoom level
Actual result:
The slider appears but the picture does not zoom in and there is no marker on the slider to indicate the zoom level

I have this problem with my Meizu MX4, the camera is great but this is a real problem for video. This is a key video camera function not a background bug, this needs to be fixed urgently. The bug report has been open since 2014, and still only has an importance of Medium, surely now we have real hardware being sold this should be changed to high and included to the list for OTA-9.
