Bug Description
Currently vmware inspector uses the default 443 port to connecto vCenter using oslo.vmware api. If vCenter is configured to use some other ports inspector fails to connect to the vCenter. This is due to un availablity of configurable parameter like 'host_port' in the ceilometer configuration under vmware section. olso.vmware have code to use accept any port need to enable in ceilometer inspector code.
