Bug Description
There are a few EVPN extended communities that are not generated
by contrail control node. However it will be useful to display them if
they are received in routes advertised by JUNOS or other speakers.
This include Default Gateway, ES Import and ESI Label communities.

Add basic support for a few EVPN communities
Decode and display the Default Gateway, ES Import and ESI Label
extended communities. More elaborate support can be added as
needed when the implementation needs to add these communities
to evpn routes.
