Bug Description

Livemigration doesn't work from UI on a Server Manager provisioned cluster,
The UI has the hostnames as FQDN where as nova has the hosts by the shortname.

Re-assigning to Abhay as this is a issue of base compute configuration instead of storage configuration

Does this work with fab provisioning? If so, we need to debug for SM. If it's not working with fab too, then we have to get someone in contrail team to work on this. Thilak, please take a look.

Openstack-ui picks the list the from the hostname.

Fix: Populate only hostname and not FQDN in /etc/hosts/
Test: validated by provisioning machine through server manager and
live migrate a VM.

release note: [workaround] By changing the order of host names in /etc/hosts (put shorter name first), this issue can be worked around. This change should be done after provisioning everything in Server Manager. This workaround is not needed for Ubuntu 12.04 installs but is needed for Ubuntu 14.04 installs.
