Bug Description

The auth_port, auth_protocol and auth_host variables is deprecated in favour of identity_uri
.
2014-08-26 11:13:43.764 8009 WARNING keystonemiddleware.auth_token [-] Configuring admin URI using auth fragments. This is deprecated, use 'identity_uri' instead.

Sample confs need to be updated to reflect this.
