Bug Description
This is what I get in logs when trying to send a MMS using my Fastweb SIM:

2014/10/09 12:11:43 Unhandled optional field Priority
2014/10/09 12:11:43 Unhandled optional field SenderVisibility
2014/10/09 12:11:43 Created /home/phablet/
2014/10/09 12:11:43 non matching contexts:

2014/10/09 12:11:43 Status changed for /org/ofono/
2014/10/09 12:11:43 Cannot upload m-send.req encoded file /home/phablet/
This operator is actually using under the hood Tre network, which also fails (see bug #1379258)
No contexts found means it failed to provision, so either wait for the APN editor or provide the output of list-modems to see if we can add provisioning rules
