Bug Description
Fuel 5.1
Setup with Neutron VLAN segmentation
• 3 x Controllers
• 3 x Computes
• 1 x Cinder
• Option "Assign public network to all nodes" is unchecked
• Public IP range set to 4 IPs
Problems:
1. Fuel fails to deploy with Public IP range of 4 IPs. ERROR: Not enough IP addresses. Public network must have at least 7 IP addresses for the current environment.
2. UI require Public Network assignment while configuring interfaces for Compute and Storage
