Bug Description
Can search out and uninstall the application which doesn't installed in the system
在卸载页面，可以搜索并卸载没有
Steps:
1. Open UKSC
2. Enter "Uninstall" section
3. Search some application which doesn't installed in the system.
4. Uninstall the application
-->Failed. Can search out and uninstall the application which doesn't installed in the system
Configuration:
PC: Dell Vostro
OS: Ubuntu Kylin 14.10 Daily Build 0924
UKSC: 1.1.0.0
