Bug Description

Build 2339 ubuntu havana - Shared service virtual networks not deleted after deleting service instance.

There is no logs created for the VN deletion.

_delmsg_service_instance_service_template method removes the service instance from the DB and then, when _delmsg_project_service_instance method is called, it reads the DB for service instance and returns without removing shared VN's as "service instance" is already removed from the DB.
