Bug Description
When the software center has upgraded version, cannot display software center home page and update dialog when open it, it trapped at the start up animation interface

Steps:
1. Install the UKSC 1.1.0.0
2. Update the software source in UKSC
3. Close UKSC
4. Reopen UKSC
