Bug Description
db2 nosql driver in unit tests is never actually being tested. ie. at no point is it testing against db2 nosql driver code... it's really just running mongo driver code for both mongo and db2 tests.
for example: db2 driver should be skipping aggregates tests since it's not implemented but in the jenkins check, it says it's passing.
