Bug Description

See http://paste.openstack.org/show/108258/ for devstack logs.

I pinpointed it to be a problem of CCM. In the CCM code, they are calling 'ant jar' inside downloaded tar of cassandra. While doing 'ant jar' manually, it fails with the same error.

This is no bug.

I think that the problem in this 'OFFLINE=True'
also you need to configure git, apt and curl

I have prepared the documentation for the solution of this problem.
