Dropping a file over path bar is copying instead of just moving it

Bug Description
When using Luna, I can move any file by drag and drop over breadcrumbs. At Freya, Files duplicates the file

I can confirm. What happens is actually pretty weird. When you drag the file over the breadcrumb is as if said file has already been copied to the target location, so much so that a dialog pops in asking you if you want to replace or rename the new file.
