Bug Description

In other themes GtkSpinner is styled for a large size as well as a small size as demonstrated in the below screenshot:

However this is not the case in elementary:

re-targeting this to elementary icons since after gtk 3.14 it'll get the image from the icon theme

process-working-symbolic has been based around a 16px icon size and I think it works well scaled up. Feel free to reopen if you still have a problem with gtk 3.14
