Bug Description

On R1.10, build #24, am not able to execute "contrail-version", it says "permission denied".

Note : Both on FAB and server manager provision , this issue is seen.

Contrail UI also shows the build number as "unknown"

Workaround is to change the permission, chmod 755 /usr/share/contrail-utils/contrail-version-deb

Tested with R1.10 Build 29, issue is no more reproducible. Hence marking it as Fix Released.
