Bug Description

Steps to repro:
1. Create nodegroup with "Volumes per node = 2" and NODEMANAGER process
2. Start cluster

Observed result: NODEMANAGER process is not running
Logs:
2014-08-14 20:55:12,864 ERROR org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.nodemanager.LocalDirsHandlerService: Most of the disks failed. 2/2 local-dirs turned bad: /volumes/disk1/hadoop/yarn/local,/volumes/disk2/hadoop/yarn/local;
