Bug Description
A number of tests were run in the past to indicate that 3.11.0.22 is the best kernel to run for the 1.1 release.
3.8.0.29 (the current default) had NFS issues which were fixed in 3.8.0.31, but it seems that other issues were found in the 3.8 code, even 3.8.0.41. Raja may know the details about those issues.
