Bug Description

 - The .desktop file should be installed /usr/share/applications/
 - The paths in the .desktop file look wrong too:
    Exec=qmlscene $@ share/ubuntu-clock-app/qml/ubuntu-clock-app.qml

Marking as high priority as this is blocking replacing the old clock app with the new clock app in the default images.
