[dialer-app] missing search icon in recent view

Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Open dialer (phone) app
2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to invoke RECENT section
3. Header is missing the search icon on the far left

Desired solution:
Search functionality has to be present in this view, therefor a search icon should be placed at the far left in the header. After user taps search, header changes into an input field and OSK appears from the bottom of the screen.
