wheelslip alarm when rolling down hill

Bug Description
When stopped facing down a hill,
if you release the brakes, power at idle, no dynamics,
when the speed gets to about 1.4mph the wheelslip alarm comes on and cannot be reset until notch 1 is selected,
dynamics do not work while the wheelslip alarm is active.
This happens on 3 routes that I have tried.
Pocahontas, Coal Road and teh2
The log file does not log any event at this time.
