Bug Description
I don't think anyone has been enabling this flag on a regular basis. We should find a way to test it automatically on a regular basis, without making the gate super slow... perhaps third party test?

Enable ZAQAR_TEST_SLOW for py27
We're testing Mongodb for py27 jobs, use this same gate to run slow
tests.
