Bug Description
Inkscape 0.91pre1 on Windows 8.1. 1600x900. Zoom is at ~141% (precisely one zoom in from 100%). The zoom matters. I don't know if resolution matters.
Open the attached svg. Turn on snap-to-grid. Using the node tool, drag the bottom left node horizontally to snap to another grid point. Note how the "Cusp node to grid intersection popup" has an odd line rendered on its top.
If you let go of the node, the line will persist.
Note that if you delete the middle node, the behavior will persist. If you delete the topmost node, the behavior will disappear.
