Bug Description
Now Ceilometer is collecting the volume.size by notification, but it only happends when there is an action against the volume. However, if there are something wrong with the MQ and you may lost the notification. Then you never know what's the correct size of volume. So this RFE bug is trying to complete it by adding a pollster for volume size to make sure it's accurate.
