Bug Description
Try to open the attached SVG file in eog
Expected behavior: it should show an error message because the SVG references an image that cannot be found. The error message MUST contain the path of the image as indicated in the svg file
Observed: no error message. Just silently fails to load the image and shows the document without the image in it.
