Does not update the stats when expanding the instances tab

Bug Description

Open the Networking -> Instances page, then after some time, expand the Instances tab,
In exapand view the data in Traffic (In/Out) should also get reflected in top row.
But the top row is old data.

Related-Bug:#1329727 This is minor enhancement,
In network monitoring,Instance summary page we are displaying the last one hr stats in the grid,on expansion we are displaying the stats on interface level
When we expand the row after some time the page loaded then the row expansion ajax call fetches the updated stats where as the grid row shows the earlier stats when the page loaded,now we are updated the stats in the grid on expanding the row.
